Does Nimbus need my Instagram password?+

No. You connect through Meta's official login, the same way you'd log into any app with Facebook. Nimbus only receives the permissions you approve, and you can disconnect from the Integrations page or from your Instagram settings at any time.

Will automated replies get my account blocked?+

Nimbus sends through Meta's official APIs and paces every message inside Meta's published rate limits — around 200 automated DMs per hour per account. Messages beyond your plan's quota queue up instead of being force-sent.

What counts as a DM against my quota?+

Every outbound message Nimbus sends for you: private replies to comments, keyword replies, follow-ups and WhatsApp broadcast messages. Inbound messages are free.

How does the WhatsApp side work?+

You connect a WhatsApp Business number, design message templates for Meta approval, and send broadcasts to contacts who opted in. Keyword auto-replies handle inbound chats inside the 24-hour service window.

Can I delete my data?+

Yes — from Settings you can export everything or delete your account and all stored data. Removing Nimbus from your Instagram settings also pauses automations and flags the connection on our side.
